Thank you for your interest in Awakenings³ Bodywork. As owner, I invite you to further educate yourself on complementary therapies that can empower you and support you on your path to improved health and well-being.
My philosophy approaches all my clients’ health concerns individually and holistically. I believe that health and well-being are influenced by physical, emotional, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
In my practice, my goal is to offer compassionate care and education to empower clients to take responsibility and an active role in their own healing process while in a healing environment. I view each client as an integrated whole, connecting Mind, Body, & Spirit.
A holistic health and well-being approach treats people, not just disease. It involves the whole person. The Mind, Body & Spirit are integrated and inseparable. Any disturbance in any one of these reflects a disturbance in the whole system. Real health is achieved with assessing and working on the causes rather than only addressing the symptoms – using natural and preventative approaches.
